How to get data from FlowTrack to Zapier using Zapier webhook?

1 min read

To get data from FlowTrack to Zapier using Zapier webhook, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and click on the "Make a Zap" button in the top-right corner of the screen**.**
  2. Choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger app, and then select "Catch Hook" as the trigger event. Click on "Continue."
  3. In the next screen, Zapier will provide you with a custom webhook URL. Copy this URL to your clipboard.
  4. Log in to your FlowTrack account and navigate to the page or action you want to trigger the webhook from. Look for an option to add a webhook URL or a notification URL.
  5. Paste the webhook URL you copied from Zapier into the appropriate field in FlowTrack, and save your changes.
  6. Perform the action or trigger the event in FlowTrack that will send data to Zapier via the webhook.
  7. Return to Zapier and click on "Continue." Zapier will test the webhook and retrieve the data from FlowTrack.
  8. Once Zapier has retrieved the data, you can then choose what action you want to perform with that data in Zapier. For example, you could send the data to a spreadsheet, create a new lead in your CRM, or send an email notification.
  9. Configure the action in Zapier as desired, and then save and activate your Zap.
  10. That's it! Now, whenever the event or action you set up in FlowTrack is triggered, data will be sent to Zapier via the webhook and used to trigger the action you specified in Zapier.
